cheh. i thought it was my packs forming

damn. felt that the tremor thingy. i just completed my set of sit ups. then when i got up to use the computer. i feel that rumble. its more like lateral shifting thingy la. then i quickly lift up my shirt just to take a peak at those wonderful 6 packs that was about to form. but. FALSE ALARM.

it hurts like mad (no pun intended)

my leg is damn pain. to exact, the outside of the calve. freaking pain, although i can walk, but when it comes to a change in height or stairs, i die. its all becuase of training session. how lame is that man come-on. one of the guys at true fitness decide to train me for fun becuas he saw me working the bag. then he came forward and asked, what martial art you learning? next he threw on pads and it was hardcore workout, i didnt expect him to kick so hard. its almost full force. its like everytime i missed. he would give a kick to my head. lucky i knew how to block. haha. end up he had this sadistic "tanking" fetish. where he would aim for my legs non stop. in the end of the session. it was really hard to walk. 2 days already. damn. fuck. this taught me something damn important, as much as you hate to block shots with your shin, its always a better alternative than getting hit in the (outside calves. haha)
